Breakthrough in large-scale diversification of staple fiber equipment

With the continuous progress of science and technology, the large-scale production equipment of international polyester staple fiber developed rapidly at the end of the 20th century, and a large number of production lines with a daily output of 100 tons were put into construction. At the beginning of the 21st century, complete sets of equipment with a daily output of 150 tons and a daily output of 200 tons were also widely used. my country alone introduced more than 40 large-capacity production lines. The process technology of these production lines mainly comes from companies such as DuPont of the United States, Gemma, Neumag of Germany, and Iventa of Switzerland, and the equipment is mainly provided by German Fleissner and Neumag. At the same time, domestic polyester staple fiber equipment manufacturers have also accelerated the pace of research and development. A domestic polyester staple fiber production line with a daily output of 100 tons came out in 2002. So far, more than 50 domestic polyester staple fiber production lines with a daily output of 100 tons have been started. The technology is relatively mature, and the production line equipment can completely replace imports.
